BOOK REVIEW: Inferno by Catherine Doyle

Book Name: Inferno
Author: Catherine Doyle
Release day: Jan 7th 2016
Summary: Sophie's life has been turned upside-down, and she's determined to set things right. But Nic, the Falcone brother who represents everything she's trying to forget, won't give up on their love - and it's Luca's knife she clutches for comfort. Soon another mafia clan spoils the fragile peace - and with her heart drawn in one direction and her blood in another, Sophie's in deeper than ever.

Review: When I first read Vendetta (first book in the blood for blood saga) I was blown away, and when I finished I of course NEEDED the sequel so bad. I fell in love with the Falcone brothers (Luca especially) and was missing them terribly.

This book takes off from where Vendetta ended and it has been non stop action since. My favourite thing about this novel is the way Cat Doyle writes the dialogue between her characters! It's so real! The women should write movie scripts for a living.

I found myself feeling every single emotion in the English dictionary. Badass mafia mobs in a blood war with shocking revelations. Sophie is trying to stay alive while not realising she's slowly falling for someone she really shouldn't fall for.... Her families enemy.

Sophie is one of my all time favourite heroines. This girl has the world against her but she takes it in her stride. She's badass, loyal and isn't afraid to kick ass if needed. And now Luca... Oh Luca... The Italian with eyes that are the colour of the bluest ocean. Not your average YA male lead. It isn't love a first sight, it isn't "I'm wrong for you", it isn't I'm gonna leave for half the book then come back. This man is there and ready and boy does he make a great male lead!

It literally felt like I was watching a movie! From the gore and tense moments to the hottest kissing scenes I've ever read. This book is everything you would want in an awesome YA romance, crime, action packed thriller. There is so much more I could say but all I'll say is get your hands on Vendetta by @cat_doyle0 and when January comes get your hands on this spectacular sequel!
